Oreninc.com is North America’s leading provider of relevant financing information in the junior commodities space. Since 2011, the company has been keeping track of financings in the junior mining as well as oil and gas space. Logging all relevant deal and company information into its proprietary database, called the Oreninc Deal Log, Oreninc quickly became the go-to website in the mining financing space for investors, analysts, fund managers and company executives alike.
The Oreninc Deal Log keeps track of over 1,400 companies, bringing transparency to an otherwise impenetrable jungle of information. The goal is to increase the visibility of transactions and to show financings activity in a digestible format. Through its daily logging activities, Oreninc is in a position to pinpoint momentum changes in the markets, identify which commodities are trending and which projects are currently receiving funding.
Oreninc uses a data-driven methodology that allows us to examine financings from a quantitative standpoint. Our fundamental research serves as a platform to consult companies on capital raises and provide strategic management services. Oreninc has structured, restructured, advised, and formed several resource companies since its establishment.
Kai Hoffmann has been an active member of the junior commodites market for over eight years before acquiring Oreninc in September 2016. He is currently also the Managing Director of Soar Financial Partners, an investor relations and public relations consultancy, based right outside Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Kai is further the publisher and chief editor of one of Germany's leading financial stock letters for junior resource stocks, "Das Investor Magazin". Mr. Hoffmann is a frequent guest at leading industry conferences in North America and Europe and intends to use to his extensive network in North America and Europe to turn Oreninc into one of North Americas leading financial websites in the junior commodities space.
Mr. Hoffmann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Hons) from the University of Bedfordshire, UK.
Paul is a mining information expert with over 16 years’ experience as an analyst, journalist and researcher about the mining industry, of which he has spent 13 years’ in Latin America including eight years’ in Colombia and five in Chile. Harris has written for leading industry publications and business newspapers around the world and produced reports for leading consultancy firms.
Mr. Ostrow is the Director of Communications at Oreninc. With a specialization in digital marketing, Mr. Ostrow manages Oreninc’s content strategy, along with acting as the editor of all articles, blog posts, and email newsletters from the team. He also manages Oreninc’s website and other web-communication platforms. In addition, Mr. Ostrow handles day to day operations of the Oreninc Deal Log, including the research of all natural resource deals in canadian markets, and the production and writing of Oreninc’s weekly analysis of the Canadian natural resource financing market, the Weekly Market Summary. Mr. Ostrow holds a B.A. in English from Plymouth State University.
Mr. Hunt designs print products -- presentations, marketing maps, business cards, brochures, and more, along with his duties producing Oreninc’s web graphics. In these duties, Mr. Hunt builds upon previous branding to maintain and improve the company's image, as well as that of Oreninc’s major client companies. He also modifies and updates forms, creates designs for booth banners, and creatively brands geographical and technical maps. As a videographer, Mr. Hunt is responsible for editing, creating motion graphics, color correcting, improving audio, and writing theme music for any videos needed by Oreninc or it’s major clients. Mr. Hunt holds an A.A.S. in Graphic Design from Truckee Meadows Community College and is currently enrolled in Film Studies program at Portland State University.
