In addition to our free subscription, we also offer paid data subscriptions that give subscribers an in-depth look at individual sectors and brokerage houses within the space.

What is the ODL?

The ODL is a free database of private placements, public offerings, and other financings. We post deals as they are announced, and update deal terms when offers are revised or closed. The goal is better information flow for investors, companies, and bankers. In this business, information is gold, and timely information is priceless.

Which deals appear on the ODL?

We currently cover deals in Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, and Energy on the TSX, TSX-V, and CSE. Our team lists deals within a couple days of announcement, free of charge. We look at multiple data sources continuously throughout the day, but unfortunately miss things from time to time. If you do not see your deal on the ODL, contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

What is the Oreninc Index?

The Oreninc Index is a proprietary index developed by Oreninc to track general trends and confidence in the Canadian Metals and Mining and Oil & Gas financing space. Its goal is to give a sense of the state of the financing market in the short- and long-term.
